Mother's Day High Tea

Join us to celebrate mum on Sunday the 14th May at 2pm. Sarnia Park staff will treat you to an array of culinary delights including miniature savouries, petite sandwiches and an array of sweet treats. Bookings are essential so call us on 07 823 3421 to reserve your table.

The chefs at Sarnia Park create the menus daily taking the guests likes and dietary requirements, into account. Every course is prepared with the freshest of season inspired ingredients, and use local or organic produce whenever possible. The emphasis is on healthy, uncomplicated and above all, fantastic tasting cuisine.

Continental breakfast buffet

Freshly squeezed fruit juice, seasonal fruit, yoghurts, toast, and home baked pastries, a selection of cereals plus our own muesli, jams and preserves.

Served daily between 7:00am and 10:00am.

Cooked breakfast

Two free-range eggs any style, crisp streaky bacon, Frank's pork sausages, mushrooms,slow roasted tomatoes, potatoes & toast. Tea or Coffee.

Pre-dinner drinks and canapés are served in the lounge.

You will then be treated to a delicous three course dinner served in the dining room around the magnificent mahogany table.

To start:

  • Gazpacho with Whangamata scallops

To follow:

  • Baked Hapuka on skordalia
  • Grilled eggplant and courgette
  • Sauce vierge

To finish

  • Orange and prosecco jelly
  • Burnt blood orange syrup and wild berry sorbet
